PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. de Stefano has over 15 years experience providing structural engineering services, a Licensed Structural Engineer, and a Graduate of the University of South Florida.
His extensive experience includes building design, investigations, studies, building condition assessments, failure investigations, construction inspections, project management and contract administration services. He has extensive experience in the evaluation, design and project management of new facilities, renovations and structural rehabilitation. He also has experience with roofing systems, waterproofing and forensic services.
Mr. de Stefano has performed specific responsibilities in inspection and building condition assessment, specification and procedure writing, field engineering, project management, and condominium turnover evaluations.
His background also includes Architectural Design and Construction Administration.
Mr. de Stefano has been called upon to lecture for a number of organizations concerning failure investigations, building condition assessments, roofing and concrete restoration projects. Mr. de Stefano is a member of CAI and ASCE, and served several terms as the President of the West Coast Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI).
